Tony Castiglione, CEO. For more than 20 years, Tony Castiglione has been providing safety training and consulting in California for both Federal agencies and private organizations. He has successfully consulted with many industries over the years to blend both Lean Manufacturing Principles along with Safety: Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, National Parks, and more.

As a paramedic, Tony Castiglione has been serving the community for the past 20 years. His mission is to make the community, home, and work environment safer by preventing illness and injury as well as teaching others to quickly recognize and respond to emergencies to save lives.

Tony currently serves as the American Society of Quality Chairman. He also currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Associated Builders & Contractors. He sits on the leadership committee for Boy Scout Troop 194 & Cub Scout Pack 58.
